Fazendas Dutra
Fazendas Dutra's single-origin coffees are all handpicked, organic certified for the North American, European, Brazilian and the Japanese markets, and traceable down to the very tree that yielded the beans (RFA/UTZ certified).
Fazendas Dutra has been producing specialty coffees since the 1950’s in the Matas de Minas Region of Brazil which shares the same terroir as the renowned Caparaó National Park - one of Brazil's most prominent specialty coffee regions and a revered coffee tourism destination.
Owned and managed by brothers Ednilson and Walter Dutra, their farm spreads over an area of more than 1,300 hectares. Organic, artisanal specialty coffees can be found in approximately 62% of their farm; the remaining 38% protects Mata Atlântica, a highly sensitive and endangered biome.
Ednilson and Walter were born in the farm and are committed to protecting their place, their family traditions, their collaborators and the activity they love most - producing wholesome, amazing coffees in a way that is right for people and the environment.
